Our Founder's Story

A Legacy of Clinical Excellence

The foundation of Integrity IV is built upon more than 26 years of high-level medical expertise and a deep-seated commitment to patient safety. Our founder, Amy Howden, brings a specialized background in Anesthesia, providing a level of clinical precision and technical mastery that exceeds the standard in the wellness IV industry.

An alumna of Middle Tennessee State University (BSN) and the Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia (MS), she has spent nearly three decades navigating critical care environments where attention to detail is lifesaving. This extensive experience has fostered a profound understanding of patient needs and the vital importance of support during a person’s most vulnerable moments.

Currently pursuing an MBA from Union University, Amy continues to evolve her approach to healthcare, blending advanced professional expertise with a passion for holistic well-being. As a Nashville native and a long-time resident of Hendersonville, she is dedicated to serving her community by providing a safe, professional, and deeply trusted environment for proactive health.
